The book Getting Things Done was practically a lifesaver for me when I was recovering from illness, depression, and trauma. I had always been a highly productive person, a business executive etc. and even worked for one of a company that developed one of the "highly-engineered systems". When my world was torn apart the existing "task management systems" just because to difficult to deal with on a day-by-day basis.

This book made it simple. I accomplished more after reading this book in the first week than I had in the previous month. And I always get a lot done.

I also highly recommend this book.
